Open Gym This
is
a
non-structured
practice time for gymnasts who want more time to
practice in the gym. There will always be a coach or two around to help
spot gymnasts who need help with a kip, cartwheel or backhandspring and
any other skill that they are working on.
Cheerleading Team Come join our new
cheerleading program. We have started a competitive cheer program.
Students will learn tumbling, cheering, stunting, dance moves and more!
We have 2 teams: 11 & Under and 12 & Up.
Tumbling This
class concentrates on tumbling skills only. Backhandsprings,
fronthandsptings, back tucks and front tucks are taught by using
specific training mats and the tumble trak, spring and foam floors.
Adult Gymnastics: Get a full body workout with this class! All levels welcome. Ever want to get that cartwheel or backhandspring? Well, you can teach an old dog new tricks! Come in and we will prove it to you. This is a great workout if you are looking to cross train your workout regimen.
